Our vision is to be a one-stop shop for mothers-to-be, offering a range of prenatal yoga classes that cater to every stage of pregnancy. We understand the unique challenges and joys that come with pregnancy, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our community is built on the principles of care, connection, and empowerment, ensuring that you feel supported and celebrated throughout your pregnancy.

Prenatal Barre

a safe, full-body workout designed specifically for pregnancy. This low-impact class blends elements of yoga, dance, Pilates, and strength training, all set to energizing music. Using light weights, resistance bands, and a ballet barre, you’ll enjoy movement that keeps you active and connected to your body. You and Baby will be grooving together throughout the class!

Prenatal Yoga

specifically tailored to support your pregnancy journey. In this class, you’ll be guided through gentle stretches, mindful breathing techniques, and restorative poses. Expecting Mamacitas will be fully cushioned and supported with blankets, pillows, and yoga blocks, ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout the session.

Couples Prenatal Yoga

a special class designed for expecting moms and their partners to connect and move together. Each pose is practiced as a pair, offering a wonderful way to bond with both your partner and your baby. You’ll also learn helpful breathing techniques, partner stretches, and soothing massage techniques that can be useful during labor.

Mommy & Me Yoga

offers gentle post-birth stretches you can enjoy alongside your baby! It’s a wonderful opportunity to introduce your little one to yoga, connect with other Mamacitas, and let your babies interact with peers their size. This class is perfect for babies aged 3 months to 2 years.

Daddy & Me Yoga

a beginner-friendly class created for Papis and their little ones. It’s a fun way for dads to bond with their babies while meeting other Papis. Babies also get the chance to interact with others their size. This class is ideal for babies aged 3 months to 2 years.


Postpartum Yoga

Are you 1-5 months postpartum? This class is just for you! Connect with others Mamacitas ready to return to their practice. You’re welcome to bring your baby along—though the class focuses on you, your little one can relax beside you as you flow. If you prefer some solo time to unwind, that’s perfectly fine too!
