Couples Prenatal Yoga is a special class designed for expecting moms and their partners to connect and move together. Each pose is practiced as a pair, offering a wonderful way to bond with both your partner and your baby. You’ll also learn helpful breathing techniques, partner stretches, and soothing massage techniques that can be useful during labor.
