What do I bring with me to class?

A yoga mat and water.

For Couples Prenatal Yoga, bring two yoga mats and water for each of you.

Is each class 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester friendly?

Yes! All three trimesters are welcome in each class.

Do I have to pre-register for class?

How do I cancel my membership?

There is a 30 day requirement to cancel. Email mamacitayoga@gmail.com with Subject ‘Cancel’ and include first and last name in the email.

Can I put my Membership on ‘Hold’ until after Baby is born?

Yes. There is a 30 day requirement to Hold. Email mamacitayoga@gmail.com with Subject ‘Hold’ and include your first and last name in the email.

What is the cancellation/no show policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class incur no fee.

Cancellations made under 24 hours before the scheduled class time will result in a $15 fee. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled class will be charged a class credit equivalent to the class they missed. If a class is canceled due to Doula Carla attending a birth, she will give a 24 hours notice of the class cancellation, there will be no charges, and you will be given a 1 class credit added to your account. 

How do I cancel my booking?

Log in to your account-Under Upcoming Bookings-Click View All Bookings-Find the class you would like to cancel-click cancel button. You will then have the credits added back to your account to rebook. If you cancel less than 24 hours, you will be charged $15. If you give 24 hours or more notice, there will be no fee.
