Strengthen and tone safely in our Prenatal Barre class, thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of moms-to-be at every stage of pregnancy. This low-impact workout blends ballet-inspired movements, light weights, and mindful stretching to provide a comprehensive full-body workout, all while protecting your body and adapting to its changing needs. Each class focuses on improving posture, balance, and core stability, which are essential for supporting your growing belly and easing the common discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain and muscle tension.

Hello! I’m Carla.

Founder/ Owner of Mamacita Yoga

Hi Mamacita! I’m so happy you’re here.
My vision for Mamacita Yoga is to be a one-stop shop for mothers-to-be. In my in-person prenatal yoga classes in Dallas, you can expect safe yoga stretches for any trimester, breathing techniques, and stretches you can use during your pregnancy, your labor, and even after the Baby is here.

Are each class 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester friendly?

Yes! All three trimesters are welcome in each class. 

Where am I located?

Inside the Southside on Lamar building in Dallas, TX.  

Do I have to pre-register for class?

Yes, pre-register for classes here:

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Creating an account offers a seamless way to update your contact information, keep track of your classes, and your purchases. You can create an account online, in-studio, or by calling the studio. 

Do you have childcare in the studio?

We do not offer childcare services at the studio. 

Are there forms to fill out prior to class?

Yes. Once you create your account, you will be emailed two separate emails. An “Intake Form” and “Emergency Contact Form”. Please fill out both prior to class.
